Q: How do you ship YAKETs?
A: We ship via USPS to US addresses only. Orders typically ship within 24 hrs. and tracking information is emailed at the time of shipment. We provide FREE SHIPPING for orders over $5.

Q: How do I install a YAKET?
A: To ease installation, use a little glass clear (Windex) or hand sanitizer on the top inside edge of Yaket to help slide it into place. We used to recommend using a small amount of water, but some people have very 'hard' water and which can lead to discoloration and spotting on your tumbler.

Q: Can I remove and reinstall YAKET? Will it stretch out?
A: You can remove and reinstall as many times as you'd like. YAKETs are designed to last... molded from high quality, high tear strength silicone rubber that will not stretch out.

Q: Can I wash my tumbler with the YAKET on it?
A: Yes, YAKETs can be repeatedly washed without issue.

Q: Is there a warranty?
A: We stand by our products. YAKETs are warrantied against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer.
